Reminder
Long-term: Conviction-driven sizing on narrative — when the swing book is green, the small-cap starter size is the leak that authors the loss before the trade.

Reflection
What I did well
Nothing. I actually still sloppy in execution in terms of D1 intraday parabolic. I guess what I did well is taking profits on names that I should take profits like HPE, DAL.
What I learned
More nuance playbooking. When to hit when its pocket aces. Initial pop should always be B- size grade. only add size when backside and risk management is key. Never short big on the frontside. Always have proper risk management.
Actionable takeaway
Risk management and better execution on small caps intraday parabolic. I should know by the back of my hand what is a lousy setup since I've been trading these turds small caps alone for almost 2-3years. Sometimes I keep my sizing small on these turds at the front side but today since my swing are up alot and then I keep taking profits I become lenient and loosely defining my setup. I have to reinforce this tight discipline back if I want to have a business in this career. Being lop-sided just because you are up in other strategy doesn't make you bend the rules. Do the boring stuff. Sit in cash and don't pull the trigger if it's not ideal. I rather lose on an ideal situation than sloppily winging my way on what I thought I could get away.

AI Review

Both D1 Parabolics followed plan and self-admitted oversizing on first stab — process was mediocre even though 'followed_plan' is true; you're grading yourself C/D because the size decision itself broke discipline. Swing book is doing the real work: DAL, GE, HPE, CRWD, SNOW, VSXY all free-rolled — that's edge, not risk. The disease showed up small today: cushion from swings loosened your small-cap sizing exactly as PROFILE predicts.
