Reminder
Long-term: The disease is conviction-driven sizing and story-driven holding — HPE today wasn't a size event but the same act at the exit: narrative ('it'll bounce') overriding the plan you wrote pre-entry.

Notes
Scale in on this as this is a SSR stock. Couldnt really get filled full size on the rug so I have to hit half size instead of full size due to the little bit chasing on the halt down. Covered and then reshort small size risking breakeven. I really want to hold this to 0.65 cents but didn't as this looks scammy. Hindsight it was just a move to force me out and then rug the entire position. Should have held some of it. Execution and skill issue.

What I learned
Cut the losers. Always respect my stop. And also reflect on the small caps play this week. Feels like its a skill/execution problem.
Actionable takeaway
Reviewing on small caps D1 intraday parabolic execution.

AI Review
HPE was the exact disease firing — a scalp morphed into an unplanned swing to avoid taking the loss, stop never honored, position now bag-holding hoping for a bounce. MGRX process was clean: scaled per SSR, took cover, re-shorted small at breakeven risk — the second-guess about holding to 0.65 is outcome-envy, not a process miss. One broken-plan trade on a widely-held name outweighs one disciplined day-trade.
- Stop is the stop — the moment you re-narrate a scalp as a 'swing so I can size down,' you've already held past invalidation.
- Small-cap D1 parabolic execution is a real skill gap this week (DFNS 7/30, MGRX chase today) — playbook deepdive before the next one, not during.
- MGRX process was B — clean scale, clean cover, clean re-short at BE. Don't let 'should've held' regret rewrite a good execution.
- Aggression 10 + energy 7 + 'Nothing' in did-well = tomorrow starts on the wrong side of the arousal curve. Cool down before the open.
