Too hasty, didnt even wait for the candle to close. Its appropriate that I lose money on a bad execution. I should remember this in the future. I marked it followed plan because I did follow my exit cut but yes its only partially followed.

Reflection
What I did well
Exit tons of position and taking small profits on the remaining position. I think market is not conducive to hold on more but me thinking has nothing to do with how the market performs so I just have to continue with my plan.
What I learned
I need to be more patient. ADPT is a result of impatience. Candle haven't even close and I went to buy the break of 15mins ORB. Tons of criteria not met.
