Reminder
Long-term: The disease is conviction→size, not knowledge — keep the CRCL-style small-bet discipline on any Idea Trade, and when account is up, size DOWN (STANDING GOAL) instead of leaning on 'house money'.

Notes
entered abit too early on this. It's a lapse on my part. I was entering a 5-min ORB candle which 5-min ORB candle should always always be used when only there is a clear catalyst and high RVOL. If I waited for my usual 15min-ORB I wouldn't have entered this stock and wouldn't have to take the papercut

Reflection
What I did well
I think nothing except for stopping out when I should and writing my DRC.
What I learned
I think I have to really re-evaluate my entry tactics. Every time I enter a stock I have to look at a certain checklist so I won't mixed up a 5-min ORB vs a 15-min ORB. Also a couple thing I noticed. Example SOFI, clearly it hit my 1:1 RR but I didn't take profit. It's fine I can live without taking the 1:1 but what strike me is I notice a daily breakout failed. It's the same pattern always like KEEL too. If a daily breakout fail, I might as well set my stop breakeven instead of letting the trade play out. Though I honor my stop, I feel like in this kind of situation I've seen over and over again, I could overwrite the judgement and capped my downside. Key of the game is not to lose that much. There is no free lunch in this world so if I could capped my downside risk then why not. Something I should ponder on.
Stopped out multiple position today. Not feeling that good anymore to be aggressive in any sizing anymore. Thought on sizing back to 1% risk since it has been good but now it seems like capital preservation is the way.
Actionable takeaway
My DRC card. I need some kind of revamp on the open carry but for the entry tactics, I think I need a checklist based on strategy. Like example I swing a breakout. I need to have a checklist of volume, touchpoint, catalyst, etc.

AI Review
Multiple stopouts, plan honored on all three. SG papercut = self-admitted 5-min ORB entry without A-catalyst/high-RVOL gate (should've waited 15-min ORB). CWD trimmed clean for a real-life reason. TEVA new swing sized standard. Good process, bad tape.
- 5-min ORB is A-catalyst + high-RVOL ONLY — else default 15-min ORB. SG was the papercut.
- Aggression 10 with energy 6 + fresh stopouts = size DOWN today, not up. You already flagged 1% reset — do it.
- SOFI missed 1:1 → daily-breakout-fail = breakeven rule is worth codifying. Write it into the swing checklist you named in takeaways.
- Free-rolled book (UNH/TWLO/FROG/SNOW/OKTA) is edge working. Don't confuse trimmed-runner count with heat — full-risk opens are HIMS/AMZN/KLAR/CRCL/TEVA only.
