Notes
This is borderline idea trade. It looks like a capitulation day but not like an A grade capitulation. It's a starter if I would like to say and sizing it with a wider stop. Happy to be proven wrong and stopped out. Sizing way too small on this trade cause the expected value does looks good but the nuances I'm looking for are not there.

Notes
For some reason I don't really like this even if this is a valid setup . I just don't like that there are no buyers pushing the price up during a liquidity swipe like all the other ones I traded using this strategy. Though my opinions are secondary and ok to stop out if this doesn't work out.
Reflection
What I did well
Actively taking profits on the trades that work. Took 50% off from FROG & UNH.
What I learned
MSFT. That one yesterday maybe I was too tired or what or maybe it was just greed. I wanted a position trade but my monkey overwrite it as a fashionably late scalp because if it's a position trade then my size will be smaller than a scalp and since the Expected Value is so good I really wanted a larger size on this. Took the L instead and today MSFT just rips higher. If i have stick to my position trade plan, I wouldn't have took the papercut. It's something I think I need to be aware of in the future.
Actionable takeaway
Look at my entire week and see what actionable items I need to address. So far today is none. I could probably think of 1 or 2 since there is always room for improvement but I don't want to be forcing out something that is minor out of something that should have priority. Get the necessary things done by the weekend and do the rest. (80-20 rule)

AI Review
Two starter swings, both sized small with defined stops — process clean. MSTR self-flagged as borderline idea trade but capped tiny + wider stop = correct expression of the standing goal. HPE entered despite gut hesitation, but sizing modest and stop honored — opinion secondary, plan primary.
- Standing goal holding: MSTR Idea Trade capped tiny, one open.
- Reflection right — 80/20 week scan instead of forcing micro-fixes.
- Free-rolling FROG/UNH partials = edge expressed, not house money.
- HPE: gut said no, plan said yes — size kept honest, fine.
