Reminder
Long-term: One disease: conviction → size. When the account/book is up, size DOWN (standing goal) — overconfidence is the sneaky next problem, not greed.

What I did well
Taking profits on SPCX, Taking profits on AFRM. Doing nothing and being selective and not chasing if its too far like BE.
What I learned
Not to chase stocks out of FOMO. Wait patiently for my entry. I rather sit on cash and play defensive. Save tons of mental energy on days when I'm not suppose to be aggressive.
Actionable takeaway
Studying small caps more but I scared it will be too scattered. One thing I know is to review Sap Md file. It will be interesting to know his MD file and how to suit my own for a Parabolic Short Setup.

AI Review
Selective day. One new swing (AAOI EMA20 pullback) on a quality name with stated plan to stop out on invalidation — named setup, half-size posture, no FOMO chase on BE. Reflections show booked profits on carried SPCX/AFRM. Process clean; AAOI still open so grade reflects plan-followed-pending-outcome.
- AAOI thesis must invalidate cleanly — define the 1R level NOW, before price moves.
- Open-swing stack growing (AAOI/TWLO/AMZN/KLAR/SNOW) — sum the aggregate $-risk; conviction creep hides in book-wide exposure.
- Sap MD-file study = research, not a trade trigger. Don't let small-cap curiosity pull size up before the playbook exists.
- Energy 5 / aggression 3 / streak 0 — defensive posture matches the tape; keep B-trades skipped.
