Reminder
Pyramiding creep: 06-01 SPCE broke plan adding on 2min/5min-9EMA bounces ('idea trade but not'); today OKLO note already says 'pyramiding to a daily breakout' on a Backside Scalp. Guard: write the max add count + total size cap into the entry row before the first add.
Long-term: Conviction-driven sizing remains the standing risk — when narrative gets loud, size must shrink, not grow.

Notes
This was a sloppy one
1. Enter long. Should have held and look at 5-min chart instead of 2-min. So long never enter these low float that I should refer back my book of charts. Sold too early for a slippage papercut
2. Shorted this with a super wide padding but hindsight this was just an idea trade. The edge is there that any gappers up 200% or more is bound to fail that is why I gave it a wider stop
3. Covered and didn't even respect my stop. Just don't want to get caught in a halt.
4. Starter entry. This is something I playbook before. Extension from vwap + 3rd leg.
5. Added to B-size on this part
6. Covered 50% and trailing the rest for breakeven

Reflection
What I did well
I did well respecting my stop as always. taking my medicine.
What I learned
Longing a setup that I've playbook. I long STI at premarket but I didn't take a look at the 5-min chart. I was looking at the 2-min chart and thought it was a failed breakout. Hindsight it just noise. Could have a massive win today. Lose small on that. Flipped short but I guess was too impatient. I was giving it a wide stop but I got too scared on the halt that I took it out. Papercut loss on those 2. Finally i got my true entry and this one I'm with the loss if it happens.
Actionable takeaway
don't pay attention much on the lower timeframe. It's good for entry but look at the 5-min and 15min for trends and price action holding.

AI Review
Sloppy STI day — broke plan on flip-short (cut before stop, fear of halt) + sold long too early on wrong timeframe. HIMS + UNH = clean process: A-catalyst swings, wider stops, accepted invalidation upfront.
- STI long: 2-min noise killed playbook entry — anchor decisions to 5/15-min
- Flip-short was idea trade, not setup — name setup or skip
- Cutting before stop = not respecting plan, even if 'felt right'
- Swings (HIMS/UNH) showed edge — wider stop, A-catalyst, lower stress
