Reminder
- Be extra selective. Try to think a way to avoid papercut. It’s like business. Dont frontrun an idea that is not worth and always cut your losses.
- Looking for higher timeframe and slower play because it suits my style more.
- Imagine yourself and asking this question will you trade this trade regardless of what’s the outcome? If yes then its more process-driven than expectation-driven.
- Selectivity over everything. Process-driven. Treat all this as a business operation and cut all the noise
- Look for catalyst in case you missed it.
- Identify catalyst grade and also what is a swing vs a day trade.
Long-term: Position size keeps tracking narrative conviction instead of setup quality — sever that link at every entry.

Notes
1. Hit this starter position on vwap in case it just dump at market open I dont want to chase it.
2. Added more size on my starter. something like B-size now. Will add on A-size if it did FLS setup.
3. Covered PMH break. That’s my stop for starter. I don’t want to get too balloon in size that it might just grind up again. I rather stopped out and wait for the stock below vwap.
4. This is the reason why I added on started. This kind of fast vwap rug. I didn’t catch it as it was halting down and I dont want to chase a halt. I’m waiting for FLS when the halt resume
5. Totally different from what I expected. it just break Market open low and now I have to chase to get position on the bounce. This might be the exhaustion day looking at how much shares it was dumping.
6. pyramid and adding to fullsize A on the bounce cut above vwap. Lookin to TP at Market low
7. This is something I implement from Jeff Sun to cut my size partial before my true stop. So I cut 30% of my size. Now my papercut loss is B-size
8. Added back when I saw it couldn’t grind back vwap.
9. Covered 20%. I really want to hold this to around 5.5. Expected move would be around there if this is the exhaustion day
10. This is where i fk up. I added on 2min-9EMA bounce
11. I added on 5-min-9EMA bounce which is median bollinger band. Now I’m back to A- size with bad average.
12. I should have added all my size here. and I did to A-size. I goal is to take 30% out when its breakeven. and just cushion the ride with B- size. it didnt happen. It just keep grinding up and I was stopped out A-size.
Follow my plan but tons of lets say "idea trade but not" Its technically a valid setup but at what point is a setup invalidated.
Reflection
What I did well
Cut my losses.
What I learned
Sometimes I think it not worth to size so much in a Parabolic First Red Day shorts. If I get blow up like I could stomach this loss but maybe the sizing should cut even more. I need to win more like last time to justify sizing up FRD again. This year my FRD stats are no good. I was not expecting what was expected.
Actionable takeaway
Re-adjusting FRD. Size smaller wider stop. only put in size if my criteria entry is met if not just wider stop since the EV (Expected Value) is there.
Misc
I can't really pout an entry and stop for SPCE as this was a scalp all over the place. I end up with multiple price point.

AI Review
SPCE FRD broke plan — multiple adds on 2min/5min 9EMA bounces with no FLS confirmation, chased bounce after MOL break, ended A-size with bad average and stopped out. Own notes flag 'idea trade but not' — valid-looking setup taken without criteria met. USAR swing still open and on-thesis (B+ catalyst, named breakout/VWAP-cont setups) — process holding.
- FRD entry rule: A-size ONLY if criteria met, else wider stop + smaller size (your own takeaway today).
- Stop adding on EMA bounces during a halt-down rug — that's pyramiding into narrative, not setup.
- 'Idea trade but not' = Rule 1 Idea Trade. Name the trigger or don't add.
- Day-trade leash: FRD is day-only and your 2026 FRD stats are negative — size to that truth.
